Oh dear! We have so much in common. I love making jams, jellies and relishes too. Gardening takes up most of my mornings now. It is so hot I have to go out at dawn to keep it all trimmed and tidy out there. We have cherry trees and I freeze them and make jelly. I think this year I will try the crabapple jelly. They are falling all over out there. Any good recipe for that?
I love the little quilt. So darling and such nice work. |
How gorgeous!! The quilt, the garden and the marmalade!! I love mini's and cherrries and I also enjoy canning. Today it is green beans, but I think I will freeze this batch.

The Hst's weren't really that hard, they were cut off corners from another project, all I had to do was square them up. It does take some very slow sewing to get them into a block, but well worth the slower speed.

Beautiful basket quilt! Also, I printed out the recipe for zucchini marmalade. Always looking for a way to use zucchini. Thanks.
