This is what I made for my son in law

I like it a lot!! Are the orange blocks one big block or are they pieced too? Hard to tell with that fabric.

simple but very nice

You call it modern, but I think it has kind of a retro feel. Those solid diamonds make me think of the 50's for some reason. At any rate the quilt is really nice!
