This is the first project I did with applique. I used different fabrics to make up the cat and bird in the bushes.
Momma thought I hung the moon, I was happy, happy, happy! She still carries it, on mothers day she gave it back to me to take photos . this is the card i made to go with it [ATTACH=CONFIG]196430[/ATTACH] I had never sewn on paper before, I keep my old needles for just this type projects. Did you open the bag so it would lie flat or did you leave it round? That's a good idea for some of these bags I have with logos and stuff on them. cover up the logo and have a nice looking bag.
