Your quilt is lovely. How cool that your GD chose the pattern. That's one way to get her involved in quilting. I've always intended to make a Moon Over the Mountain. Will have to put it on my list again.

Great quilt! I like your choice of colors. I made one of these many years ago.

I have almost the same thing in my family. One on July 31st, Aug 1, Aug 6, Aug 9, Aug 10, Aug 12, Aug 19 and Aug 21.

Also, 3 different children had a child on December 16th. WOW

Great quilt and good luck with the other 5 quilts - 6 grand kids with birthdays in one week - WOW. We only have one DGD, and I just barely finished her full size bed quilt in time for Christmas, although shoulder surgery did have ne sidetracked for most of the year. However, t he look of surprise and happiness in her face when we presented it to her was worth the long hours trying to finish the quilting in time. Now to make the label and matching pillowcase. Then my DS and DDIL also want a king size quilt for their new bed. Guess I'm going to have a busy new year.
