Thank you everyone for looking. Thank you for your kind remarks. Several people have asked about the pattern. I got it out of a magazine several years ago and I do not remember which one. I thought I had saved it, but after looking through several binders, I realized I did not save it. It had some errors in the cutting instructions which I did not know until after I had cut all my fabric. Feel free to copy my version of it.
