Here is my DMIL's lap quilt for Christmas 2010. We aren't going up until next week...so done with time to spare. The pattern is Puss-in-the-corners, and the label I made via iron-on transfers. Last year I made her the Dresden Plate double sized which she loved, so, this year it is a cuddle quilt for watching TV.

Your MIL will surely feel loved cuddling under such a beautiful quilt. Love that you used flannel for the backing, too!
