Hello have not posted in quite awhile not but wanted everyone to see my Quilt Diva, finally got her done. I call her Ms Brooks.

This is my laugh for the day! I just love her. Looks a lot like me while I am quilting

Thanks for posting your Quilt diva project. She makes you smile to look at her. We quilters do have a bunch of stuff to carry and wear on us as we enjoy our hobby.

Of course I love Ms. Brooks. As you can see, that is my avatar. I went to a quilt show in a small town and saw a Quilt Diva quilt and out of all the quilts there, that was the one that made me smile the most, so of course I had to have one. Love your quilt and she is a beauty.
BTW, went back to look at your post again, and love your avatar.

Fun project! I have that pattern and once in a while I bring it out and wonder how I can personalize it....and back it goes on the shelf. Maybe this year will be the push to get me to start. Not sure how many years ago it was that paperpanache.com (I think). offerred a free pattern when you entered your info.... I loved that project and finished it immediately! It was free... so now I need to get motivated to make a similar one that I paid $$ for !

She is darling! Love that she grabbed whatever was within reach to put on....slouchy socks, slippers, and probably no bra as she rushed to her sewing machine to finish that quilt before the deadline!!

She is so funny....I feel like her sometimes. I have this pattern and a lot of the "decorations" for her outfit, but haven't decided to do it or when yet. I was supposed to have worked on it with 3 or 4 other ladies, but the session was cancelled. You did a great job...!
