Putting boarders on a panel I brought and hope to give to my mom. It would make a great wall hanging but not sure if I should add another boarder of red or leave well enough alone and make a binding out of the red.

Without the extra border. I love the green, red, green. The extra red one is overkill. That's just one person's opinion!

For a wall hanging, I'd skip the last border. It's just right the way it is.

I like ending with the red. Kinda boring ending with the green. But, that's just me.

I'm not going to be much help. I think it can go either way. If you want it a bit bigger, add the red. If the size is good as is, leave it.
