Qbee from this quilting board came to my house Thursday - Saturday, we went to lots of quilt shops, quilt shop hops, and quilt cookie shop hop
Qbee taught me how to make the twister block with the twister ruler so I am making a mug rug, I still need to put backing on it and binding (I will make it reversible. this is the tutorial to show you how to make one http://modalissa.blogspot.com/2010/0...-not-game.html about the ruler http://country-schoolhouse.com/ Twister Mug Rug still working on it |

Cool, thanks.

I picked up the ruler last weekend - now I really want to make the time to use it.
Sounds like a super fun day! Nice job.
Cute as can be, I just love these mug rugs
Love your mug rug!
When I have some extra money, I want to get The Twister. I love all of the quilts and things I have seen. |
Great job..looks like it is really difficult. I am anxious to try that...another thing on my list :)
That's so cute! Can't wait to do one :)
Very nice.

Isn't it fun (but I sure need to concentrate when cutting out and arranging the blocks!!) to use this new must-have gadget? I am currently making the Christmas wreath that Chilly Mac shared the layout for on November 6 post -- it's turning out beautiful if I do say so.

Nice job CraftyBear! I have the ruler but haven't tried it yet
I really would like to get the tool/ruler along with many other "toys" that I have seen here since joining, but with the holidays not far off I think I'll need to wait until they are over...
Cool....how far did you travel for the shop hop?
