What fun - and these are such great hostess/co-worker gifts - add a few mugs and some pakages of flavored coffee or tea, a little wrapping and you are good to go. :-)

They look great!

I am working on mug rugs today to go with a large mug for our silent auction at our church's Christmas bazaar. I am filling the mugs up with wrapped candy and four candy canes sticking out the top fo the mug.

Wouldlove to bring this one up at the next Church Bazaar meeting. I'm sure by Septemebr 2012 we could get a few of them made as a fund raiser. Thank you for the idea.

Very cute. That's on my list. Do you use regular batting or that insul-brite?

What a great idea and so much fun!! I just made one for a church friend who moved and loves cats and coffee. I plan to make a basket of goodies and take it over to her. Her husband is very ill from a stroke and she is carrying a heavy load right now. Your mugrugs are pretty!!

And I use any regular batting that I have on hand. I use my mug rugs all the time and the regular batting holds up well.
