Muslin rolls gift

I knew I better ask my GF is she wanted some big rolls of muslin. Her stash grew considerabley when thses arrived at her house. It will take her a while to use it all up....hehe. 188 yards on the bigger roll.

That’s a lot of muslin...but I’m curious as to what she uses it for? I have only used light weight muslin once in my quilting career and that was for string blocks.

She is't a quilter. She does clothing, mostly. Including period garb. 1860s -1880s lately. She sewed her corset and now she sews her underwear also. She made or modified all in these pics except the hats.

53 buttons in case you are wondering. I've got buttoning it up down to seven minutes. Skirt was satin sheets and pillow cases
