:-D :-D :-D I'm going to make this into a pillow as I have another pillow form that I can use for it. I used 7 colors so I did not cut 8 squares of each color when I thought that I did. That's ok it'll make a nice small pillow. I used up some pieces that I had left over from a quilt. Enjoy, Huggies, Fay... Man this is an easy pattern! Have a great night.

Love your colors. I am getting great ideas for my folded dahlia, whenever I have the time to follow the directions. However, I still have the Bow Tuck in my heart. I am going to make another one for spring and summer.

I'm thinking about using it on a purse or a tote. It would really turn a few heads. Going to work on it today I think. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay..........I think one could make the squares larger and make it into a medallion for a quilt center too, but there is thickness in the folds.

Fay, Did you follow the tut. on this site for this pattern? Michele

I have been seeing a lot of them posted lately and they are all beautiful! What's the pattern called and it is available online?
Thanks, Irish |

Yes I did. I printed it out and it is very similar to the Folded Star pattern, but this is easier than the folded star pattern as you stitch down all them squares at the same time and then fold them. Then stitch on the next set of squares and fold them and keep going until you have your circle done. The folded star is folding individual squares one at a time and folding them and then tacking them down and that is so time consuming and I like this better as it seems to go faster. Have a great day,, it's sunny over here and I want to go out and walk some to keep my leg strengh up. not completely healed from the surgery as yet, but getting there. I'd say another month before my sternum is healed and I have to use scissor as I can't use a rotary cutter as yet so cutting these squares was a bit time consumming for me when I would have been able to cut them with no problems before.
