Like the looks of your little house. Does it have a name yet? I would love to move back to OKLA if I could have a special little house like that!! (I am a born and bred Okie). Haven't lived there in years but you can't take the Okie out of me!!
My niece lives just across the OK/TX line on the TX side and she just recently got her own little house that she will use to sew in, but she actually got the "little house" for her candle-making business.
Bet you will have fun in your house!!

Can you give us an idea about what this size building costs?

You should call your new space "Sylvia's Quilt Coop".

Shoot, go for the horse barn. I'll bet it's bigger!

I'll post pictures as we progress. I'm really excited and can hardly wait to get it finished enough to move in!

I am sure you thought of this already, but make sure he puts in more electrical than you think you need. Portable A/C and heat units pull alot of electricity and you need alot for the lighting, longarm quilter, sewing machine(s), irons, mini fridge, microwave, fan, etc. etc. etc. Plus if you do it right the first time you don't have to cuss everytime you blow the breaker!lol
