I'm a little surprised but a couple of you have asked me for pictures of my avatar. The pattern is over 20 years old and I had it forever! Last year, I finally found the fabric I was looking for ( the border). The center is hand pieced and then hand appliqued to the log cabin foundation. Hope the pics work!!

Wow it's absolutely beautiful and I love your fabric choices. Was it English Paper Pieced, looks like 60 deg diamonds... you say the pattern is 20 years old so I'm guessing it's out of print but I think I could draft something similar on isometric paper.... thanks so much for posting, I'm glad I asked. :D
