Wonderful quilt!

I can pretty much determine fabric design from every section except one. What IS the fabric that is used for the stripes of off-white?

Let's see if i can describe this. It was three years ago, so you folks are taxing my brain. But the quilt is hanging right by me, so I'll give it a go. The "tubes", "tunnels" or "Off-white fabric" was fussy cut to get just one tube. See photo below which is the envelope on reverse where I keep my label. It is made from the yardage from which I fussy cut the tubes. The seconf photo shows the block around which the quilt was based marked off with masking tape. If we use clock numbers to identify areas of the block, there is one section at 12, one at 3, one at 6 and one at 9. Sections 6 and 9 are joined together using the black stripe fabric. Then sections 12 and 3 are joined in the same way. Then 6/9 and 12/3 are joined into the block by one piece of the striped fabric that runs from 10 o'clock to 4 o'clock. Does that work?

That tubular fabric "spoke" to me while at a tent sale at Keepsake Quilting in NH. Actually, it yelled at me and I walked away several times. Finally I succumbed. I owned it for about 6 months before I was brave enough to cut into it!

See photos above - I did fussy cut the "tubular" fabric.
