Thanks ..yes I did a lot of hand embroidery on it and punch needle and a tiny bit of tatting etc

That's really pretty, when I first thought of quilting, crazy quilts were so attracting. I have that on my to do list after I feel comfortable with quilting. Thanks for showing, it is lovely.

I used templates for the crazy quilt that were 6" squares so then I put them together into blocks to make 12" sqs and then into rows

This is just beautiful. Like the others I love the soft, feminine colors. Your stitches are lovely. Do you make up the stitches yourself or do you have something that shows you how to sew the different stitches? I'd love to learn how to do one of these.

I make up as I go along pretty much but do have a wonderful crazy quilt stitch book..will have to get it out and find the name///authors last name is samples i am quite sure..will give info little later when i get the book out

I found the name of the book..it is wonderful as far as ideas for embroidery on crazy quilts...

I used sharlene jorgensons crazy quilt templates...6" size then just added my buttons laces embroidery tatting charms etc etc
