Oh how I love your quilt!!! The best little reader books there ever was and I learned to read from them.

So many of the adult readers today grew up learning to read with Dick and Jane! Unfortunately, they are no longer "acceptable" for teaching reading these days.

Dick and Jane.....Lordy, lordy, I was so sick of the double words and their way too simple activities by January 1951!! I longed for more adventure. :-D

My sister has asked me to make her a Univ of Alabama quilt for the fall football season! I'm so excited
