Wow shadow, that is gorgeous! Do you know how long i had to stare at it to figure out how you did your squares? lol

Thank you all for your kind words. :) I enjoyed making this one, it was straightforward and was a quick project to do. :) And it used up what was left from my scrappy bargello. :)

Beautiful quilt Shadow! You did have a very productive weekend. I finished going through my closet & organizing it. We finally installed a new water heater to replace a 20 yr old one (it is located in our closet of all places). So the closet got a redo in the process since we had to inlarge the opening to fit. I would rather have been quilting, but I'm glad to have the new water heater /closet redo project done!! :D :D Now back to quilting!! :D

I agree with everyone else, you do beautiful work. You know exactly what colors to use for each quilt that you make. You have a talent that most people just dream about.

What size finished strips did you have in your quilt Shadow, 1 inch or 2 inch?

Amazing Shadow, and all in a weekend......fantastic!!

Barb the strips are 2 inch so finished 1.5 inches, and the finished blocks are 9.5 inches. :)
Loretta the name has something to do with what I would call a 'Pot Luck' The pattern book has the pattern as well as recipes in it. I like it and it's so quick and easy. :) Thank you again for all the lovely compliments. :) |
