Wow!

If you just keep sewing, it looks to be like that hot pad would become a great rug! It reminds me of the braided rugs my grandma had in her kitchen.

Good job - they are beautiful. I just bought my clothesline the first of the week. Can't wait to get started!!!

How do I view that tutorial? Great job!! Makes me wanna learn how too!!

Hi, GoneQuilting!
At the top of this page, click on "Home". That will bring you to a page with categories like "Main", "Pictures" and so on. Down the page a bit is "Tutorials". Click on that and you'll find Eddie's tut on making fabric bowls (and other fabulous tutorials!) Get prepared to become addicted. This is a wonderful way to use up fabric strips and odd fabrics. One of the bowls I made matches the quilt I made for our son and DIL. I'm thinking that it would be handy to have on your dresser to deposit your jewelry at the end of the day. Sue |
Thank you I will do just that. I learned to quilt on my birthday last year which was Dec 30, 2009. And I have 1 quilt done and 3 in the works. I'm addicted to quilting! Have a feeling I'll be addicted to this too!!! Hope I won't end up with too many UFO's!! LOL!!

I love them all!! You did a great job!

I also made a large hot mat for when I want to put a hot 9x13" casserole on the table. This belongs in the pictures section, but I don't know how to move it! Sorry!! Sue |
Great job and yes, they're sew much fun to make. I've been making rugs and they're addicting once you start.
