I started this quilt with a queen size nine patch in mind doing each block in different themes. Then, I had only gotten 4 finished when little miss Ellie...the fur baby had to have surgery so I ended up making it for her. I'll post this picture under that post too, so you can get the story from there. I used the wavy stitch to quilt along the borders. This was Ellie laying on it a couple of weeks after her surgery.

such a happy quilt with such bright colors! Anther one to make to add to my list as my 2 cats need a blanket to lay on as with all cats they lay on my material. maybe they are hinting they want one :lol: :lol:

Very pretty and nice colors. Glad Ellie is feeling better she looks so comfy on her new blankie. You can tell she is a much loved member of the family.
