Howdy y'all :c)
I just got this quilt back from the LAQ. This is the first time I ever attempted a Bargello quilt, and I'm really happy with how it turned out! OK.....so the peace signs are upside down, but I never even noticed it until the borders were on. I made it for my nephew and his partner for their birthdays (they are 9 days apart), and he is the one who told me that any mistakes that are noticeable in a quilt just prove how much the person making it loves the one they were making it for. So he'll know he's REAL loved by this one! LOL! Donna First attempt at a rainbow Bargello. |
Beautiful, you did a great job!

is there a reason that you can't turn the quilt around so the peace signs are right side up?

I agree.... I think the Peace Signs are on the bottom of the quilt. |
Beautiful, you should be so proud

Very pretty - it depends on how it goes on the bed if the signs areupside down or not.

Your nephew sounds like he will appreciate it no matter if the peace signs are upside down!
