I don't even have the fabric yet, but I'm so excited about starting this quilt. So below are stock photos of the different fabrics I'll be using...It will have a snowball block center (using the flip flops and purple fizz), with two thin borders (one white border not pictured, and one aqua fizz), and a wide pieced border with the rainbow colours. I ordered enough of the rainbow colours to make a large pieced rainbow for the back :) I'll post my progress here in this thread as I go forward. The fabric is on its way! :o) And a big thank you to our QB friend Favorite Fabrics, I ordered everything from her store, she provides excellent customer service and prices!

The flip flops are great, aren't they? My customer/friend picked those out and told me what pattern she likes, and gave me free reign on the rest. I drew up a picture on graph paper and she LOVED it. I'm so anxious to get working on it!

Wooooo! The fabric is HERE!!!!! Excited to get this baby started! Looks like I finished quilting DD's quilt JUST in the nick of time! I did the last stitches and hid threads last night before DD went to bed so she could sleep with her new quilt. The fabric came today! We're going out of town for the weekend, so I won't be getting started until Monday, but I LOVE these fabrics!
