I made this little project last night. It was extremely easy. Paco sews like a dream. After I finished it, I framed it for my husband and it now hangs proudly in his shop. :)
The quilt top is 60 x 80 and I found it at a church yard sale for 50 cents. It has a few tears at the seams, but I don't think that is to much of an issue. I plan on putting a backing on it and stashing it in the linen closet as a spare blanket for guests. 1st project 50 cent quilt top |
This is more than fantastic find!! Can't believe anyone would sell the top for 50 cents. Surely did not have any idea of value. Aren't you delighted with such a treasure.

The car is awesome, I can see why your hubby likes it so much. The quilt is beautiful, what a great find and for so little money. It was probably made with love for someone who didn't appreciate it, hence the yard sale. Lucky for your.
