Without my bossy teacher and friend around! :)

I really like it - it comes out so neat and precise, which I can never get when I piece.

Very nice! PP always ends up looking so good. I really have to give it another go. So far, it makes me crazy most of the time.

nancylee 02-08-2013 04:03 PM

Hi,
I thought it would make me crazy because I am ADD big time, but I like that I work on one piece for 1/2 hour or so, and then it is done. I can see doing one of these a day until I have 30 or so. It is too labor intensive for me to just do one after another.
Thanks for the encouragement, everyone!

Good job!!!

I do better when nosey eyeballs aren't peeking at me.
Which reminds me, this is who spies on me while I sew.

That looks like my " mouthy Maddie " who loves to nap to the sound of a sewing machine humming.

LOVE that PP :)

Looks great. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

It took me a bit to get the hang of paper piecing and be have it not be so labor intensive. Your piece is off to a great start. Keep going it gets easier and soon it will be second nature.

nancylee 02-08-2013 05:13 PM

Love the Kitty Spy! I can handle 4 legged spies!

Most NY Beauties I have seen have different colors for each piece. Is there a traditional color path to use?
Thank you :)
