I can empathize with that feeling of "over it"! My first attempt is still a bunch of hexagons. I found that I really didn't like the way the hexes blended into each other, prefering instead, the look of a Stack 'n Whack where there's a background fabric to make each hex standout. Personal preference but I had to try a OBW to find that out. Also found it hard to find a fabric that would work for a OBW.

Great job. I stressed (dithered?) quite a while over placement on mine. Your's looks fabulous.

Lovely fabric and you are doing very well!

Could I make one suggestion which will make the placement and construction easier.

As the triangles will be joined together in rows, it will be much easier if you put your cut blocks on the design wall with the "pointed" end of the hexagon at the top.
Then you will be working to join vertical rows, rather than horizontal, or diagonal.
In other words, rotate your layout 45 degrees, you will find it much simpler to pin together and subsequently stitch.

Katrine thank you so much for the suggestion! I will do that on the next project. I really appreciate your help. ~Susan
