Haha, thanks so much, guys :3

It's still kind of a surprise to me when I look at it to think I made it, that's mine.

Meanwhile, my siblings who watched me put it together and work on it have each decided they would like one too! I guess once you get started it's hard to stop the ball from rolling.

I like it, if your town has a fair take it, it is nice

This is a wonderful 1st quilt and I am so partial to blues. Thanks for sharing.

No need for excuses or justifications - your quilt is great! I love your fabrics - you did a wonderful job!!

Lots of people begin with a rail fence design. Your quilt has the added detail and complication of being set on point. You are on your way to being addicted like the rest of us. Good job!

I don't know why you don't think it's exciting. I think it's very pretty and you did a great job of blending the blues. I'd say your siblings like it, too! I have three siblings and I could make an award winning quilt and they wouldn't want it. Have fun, and you'll soon be addicted just like the rest of us!

I get intimidated easily sometimes, especially after cruising around the internet seeing all the really fancy and impressive and creative things people have done with fabric I start to wonder why I ought to care about my piddly little first piece.

I have to just remember everyone started with "piddly" things to begin with, and if I am happy with it that's what's important!

I would be proud of that quilt. It's pretty.
