Wow. I never thought I'd spend more time making this border than I did on the blocks for this but I am glad I did. Thanks to everyone of you who inspired me, gave me tips and suggested the thin black border before the seminole piece work.
I plan to finish it with a solid black binding and the back will be 4 equal lenght pieces of black / white material I have left over. I named her "Basic Black" and I plan to have her LAQ by a friend from my sisters church. WOW!!! How fun!! A black and white quilt is on my To Do list, but a ways down the list, now that I'm looking in the quilt closet.....Great Job, you should be proud!
