My first wall hanging
 

I made this into a wall hanging to brighten my mom's room. I used gold metallic thread to trace letters and shapes. Much fun. Will do that again. Any tips/suggestions very welcome.

I love this! Such a bright & cheery wall hanging that I would be over the moon with if my daughter made it for me! It's perfect just as it is :)

Did you have any trouble with the thread? I use a thread stand so the thread can un-wind easily off the spool.
