My latest creation...
1 Attachment(s)
This year my husband and I have a very tight Christmas budget. So instead of buying gifts, I have dug through my stash and have been working hard to create unique gifts for most of the family. We are buying some gifts because I have family members who do not appreciate handmade gifts. This handmade gift is for my niece. I hope she loves it! The pattern can be found here. http://www.modabakeshop.com/2010/07/oopsie-octopus.html I do recommend embroidering the face before sewing it together. I had a difficult time with the mouth but it would have been much easier if I did it before I sewed the body together. This was made entirely with scraps!

So clever! love the "suction cups". Dont forget to put your labels on them and date them. These are things they should want to keep forever. How cool!
