This is my newest design published in the Sept/Oct issue of Quiltmaker magazine. I have blogged a little bit today about it and will post again, hopefully later this week, about how I would have done it given a choice.

I was looking at this pattern last night wondering what colors I could pull from my stash and not take away from the overall affect.

Wonderful pattern. I don't remember if I get this mag' any more but will purshace it at a shop. I like all the movement in your pattern and the illusion of curves is great.

These are the colors I used in my drawing that I sent to the magazine a fews years ago and I was SO surprised they chose to use them in the actual quilt. I think if you choose two values of any of your favorite colors you will still get the effect. If you check my blog in a couple of days I am going to post another, (easier, in my opinion) method of putting the block together.
