Technically it's Ribbon Star because of the dark brown strips - I first saw it here on the board by thimblebug; but I cheated and called it friendship star to be more appropriate! :D

Merci Courtepointe, mais c'est moi qui a de la chance d'avoir une voisine comme elle, donc nous sommes toutes les deux heureuses!

It was machine pieced but hand quilted. :D
