my new quillow

I made a new much larger pocket and rounded the top corners.

The strap was 42” for shoulder carry. I added 2 buttons and 4 buttons for a hand carry. It is finished much nicer now.

I marked the hem and rounded edges the way I wanted [did not trim it] then ran it through my serge to secure the edges and trim. then I used the swing away binder.
The quilt police,,,,,,well they know , not to enter here.

I just found this sewing gauge I am going to order. Your machine will have to have the mounting screw holes on the bed. This is the best one I have EVER seen.

I am going to round all my corners from now on. It is so fast and easy with this binder. I bound a 106x106 king in 30 mins after I pressed the binding fabric.

This looks really cool. Was there a pattern? The quillow's I saw had a pocket. What kind of fabric did you use?

The blanket was 54x72 the pocket was 20" square, with rounded top. iIt is blendled cotton and felds like brushed fannel. the strap was 42" long, for sholder carry and buttoned it is a hand carry. it was a gift.

Looks really great ! I was looking at the site you got the binding device and looking at the fence. That's a pretty cool site, planning on going back to it.

Love your quillow. Did you use the double binding with to tool -- or just single?
