What a wonderful gift - you deserved it!

It's great in that it has enough room between bars so quite a bit of each quilt is shown. So many only show a couple of inches of each quilt. Good idea and it doesn't look too deep or take up too much floor space.

Guess what??? I have the plans! Yippee! My dad just drew it up and did like a 3 d picture. Not specific plans, but if anyone is handy with wood, you can figure it out. So go ahead and PM with your email address. I will send over the plans. I also have more detailed pics as well, showing corners, angles, back, etc. I will send out email by end of the day and plan on several em from me!

Nice! I like the top shelf idea. My DH made me a quilt ladder, and I love it. It can be disassembled for transport. If he ever wants to make another, I'll have to ask about the possiblity of adding a shelf.
