Does he believe in adoption? I'm up for adoption!

Very nice craftsmanship, I would love to have one of my own. Maybe down the road someday.

Would he consider adopting me?? He should go in the business that is a great sewing station.

My own Dad (a contractor and builder) passed away 38 yrs. ago...and I still even have a doll trunk that he built for me...you are indeed a lucky person to still have your Dad and that you treasure him greatly....it's very obvious that you know that already...

Wow, what a wonderful gift you have, your father and the desk.

I just showed the picture to my husband (hint, hint) who reminds me of the way you described your Dad, although fortunately he hasn't had cancer or heart problems. Anyway, my husband is also a wood worker and complimented your Dad's work ... mentioned how straight his drawers lined up and commented on the quality of construction. He is now in the process of making pull out drawers behind the doors of all my lower cabinets. Maybe his next project will be a sewing desk! :-)
