Meet my new granddaughter....Kovacs Elivia Young, born 3/1/11, weight 9 lbs 7 oz and 21 1/2 inches long. Had a rough birth and has broken collar bone on right side but doctor said it would heal on its own in apx 2-3 weeks. Just have to be careful how we lift and hold her. She is adorable thru and thru.

She is beautiful. Love her name, it will suit her well when she's grown. Sounds very serious and professional...perhaps a career in law :)

Beautiful baby with a pretty name!! Hope she heals quickly. I had big babies too. But all were born by C-section. But they were healthy babies and that was nice. Hope your GD is the same. They are so precious. How many quilts does she have so far?

Sorry to hear about the colar bone, ouch for her! and Mom.

I have seen this before, a neighbor had one with her son, it does heal!

She's beautiful--and I love her name.
I had a 10lb 11.5 oz baby and the doc was shocked she didn't break her coller bone--I guess it's very common with bigger babies.
