Thank you to my secret Pal , Pat B. (aka " Lets Quilt" ) who sent me a plethora of awesome items this month. I am excited .. for the kitchen, I recieved two cute, cute packages of recipe note cards to store all sorts of yummy recipes that come from a Christmas Baking magazine.. And then, to the sewing machine, I am thumbing thru this " Start with Scraps"magazine/book, with many ideas to use fabric scraps for projects. I am in heaven.. Then, when I thumb thru those pages, and break a nail ( which I will admit I still bite! ), I have a package of the cutest Mary Englebreit nail files in peppermint candy design with little snow men at the bottom! These are just the cutest .. But not to forget the essentials for when I am pulling my seam ripper out of my drawer, this handy 14 measurements in one basic tool, that Pat included.. This is so neat to keep seams even ..and believe me, not that great at keeping a 1/4 inch seam, this is KEY.. Also my favorite color is
purple, and she sent 2 fat quarters in purple, along with3 other FQ in shades of red.. those are just perfect, and I love them all! Also, saving the sweetest for last... a package of my all time favorite candy - Lemon Drops... ooh la la.. I am so grateful to my secret pal, Pat from Bartlett, TN.. thank you!
