My quarantine quilt top

Storm at Sea using Inklingo. Hand stitched, thinking I would have it in my busy bag for a long while, then came the quarantine and it was done in 60 some days! And yes, there Are 2 shades of blue. My stash was lacking enough of my first choice.

Very pretty, good for you to finish it so fast.

So glad you got it finished. Seems like most Storm at Sea quilts take a lot longer. I love the pattern but have a hard time wrapping my mind around it. Everyone I see seems to "look" totally different. I'm thinking it has to do with the color combinations & placement of the colors. No two ever look the same to me. Has anyone else encountered this feeling? Thanks for sharing your quilt with us. I don't think I have the courage to try to make one but will drool over those like yours when I see them.

Beautiful and quite the accomplishment in 2 months! The fabrics are darn close......I would haven't noticed the difference, so great job.

Thank you all. This is my first post since the new format and getting the picture on there was a bit of a struggle. Honestly not sure how it happened!

EmiliasNana, using Inklingo makes hand stitching a bit quicker because the cut and sewing lines are printed right on the fabric with your inkjet printer.

I would not have noticed the 2 colors of blue if you hadn't pointed it out. They are so close I thought it was a shadow at first. I love this Storm at Sea. Beautifully crafted! Thanks for sharing.
