I leave for my quilt retreat in 10 days - 5 days of quilting and sleeping and eating!!

Because I am getting excited I wanted to show you pictures of our "hanging of the quilts" from a few years ago - these are service project quilts the retreaters made and turned in at the retreat!

the Fall retreat is probably about 70+ and the spring retreat is less at about 50-60! I've only been to the spring retreats so this will be a treat to be up in the northwoods in the fall - I have such a great DH to let me do this when we have a 6 year old and an 8 year old!!

I leave on thurs the 16th for quilt camp up in Door County, WI can't wait, 4 days of quilting, quilting, quilting or whatever you like to do with your time. We pre shop on the way up there. I have been cutting out stuff to work on, so while there I can just sew. It is really a great time for all of us. We make some really nice friends while there.

Your plan is exactly my plan, we shop all the way up and all the way back - I am also in the process of cutting out my stuff so I don't "waste" time up there cutting instead of sewing! I leave on Wednesday! Wow, Door County this time of year - gorgeous! We go up to northern MN, about 20 minutes south of Walker so it will be beautiful up there too! :D
