We went to Appleton 2 new stores. Menasha,Waupaca,Plover,Wisconsin Rapids,Weston. Total 7 stores. Left home at 7:30am and returned 8:30pm with much lighter purses.Ate at two great restaurants .It was a great birthday for me. 60!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, colour me envy! I would have loved to have been with you on that trip. I would have probably spent too much time in Primitive Gatherings, NOT! LOL
And the Great Dane....how cute is that?!

Looks like you had a great day!!! I drive past all those towns when I go visit family and just never thought of stopping to see if there were quilt shops. Maybe that is a good thing....I don't think I would make it to visit....I would just be shopping the whole time. :)

It was fun to see all the quilt shops that I go to. My favorite is the Cotton Thimble in WI Rapids, but I do love the ones in Appleton and Menasha too. You seem to have missed a really nice one between Wausau and Stevens Point.
