Yes she is, we adopted her from a shelter in Tupelo ms from an animal shelter, her owner had 5 children and had to move into an apartment and couldn't afford the pet deposit and had taken her to the shelter. We drove from Missouri to Mississippi when we search online and found her, they had just put her up on their website. She has been a perfect fit into our lives.
