I have a few more WIP pictures for you. It has been so cold here and as it's our first winter in this area, I have nowhere to work, but today I scrubbed the back verandah and am setting up some studio space later today. It's fine and sunny at last.

I finished it in time for our local Agriculural show, entered and won a blue ribbon.

Is that freehand machine embroidered? Or have you done it by hand? I can't quite tell

Yes all free machine embroidered, over a crazy pieced background and collaged rosellas and gum leaves, blossoms.

I can see why it took a while. Thankfully, you stuck with it and that is so pretty. Love the vibrancy of the colors.
