There is a special place in Heaven for you. Alzheimers is a terrible thing. The quilts are beautiful.

Your quilts are all beautiful. I love the block design of the first one and the hand embroidered flower quilt. I can appreciate what you must be going through as I look after my elderly Mother who has many health issues and memory loss, it is sad as she used to make the most beautiful things craft wise, sewing knitting painting embroidery rag rugs etc mostly making up her own patterns, she still manages a little but her eyesight is not good now. I hope to make a quilt one day ( when I learn a bit more that is) using some of her unique design shapes and colours. Keep up the great work and keep quilting, I find my creative outlets are what keeps me sane too!!!!

All the best.
Blessings

Your quilts are very beautiful. It is wonderful you have found a way to de-stress and be creative at the same time. I think what you are doing for your family is absolutely beyond price....stay strong and come by here when you need a "break".

There is a special place in heaven for you. I worked with elderly patients, some of which had Alzheimers, and it is rewarding but very taxing. Now helping my dad at the age of 81, you realize, somewhat, what life and loving family is all about. Quilting will be your saving grace as it is mine. Your quilts are those to be proud of.

All of your quilts are beautiful. I'm glad you finished your grandma's quilt. Now two generations have been involved with it. Great quilts and thanks for sharing.
