Love your scrappy stars quilt.

Very pretty. Careful scrappys are addictive

That's a beautiful scrappy wonky star quilt. I love scrappy quilts and star patterns are my favorite. Doesn't look easy to me, did it require templates?

I think it looks like a stack/slice star. Stack 2 different colors on top of each other, face up, slice to create a star and swap the outsides. Then snowball the corners. A long time ago when I taught classes, I made my own star pattern for the classes. Looks just like what I did back then without the snowball corners, I made a Christmas star quilt using this method.

Hey bestie,
I absolutely love this quilt, but then I have always loved any quilt with stars in it. You did a great job---look at all those points!!! Keep up the great work!! Love and miss you, bestie, Vicki |
Oh... love those stars! What a cute scrappy. <3

Good for you for sticking with it. You made a wonderful, lovely quilt!

It is an intriguing block. It has elements of both modern design in the asymetrical star, and yet looks primitive. Will look great on an old bed frame.
