My second quilt project
 

I tried my hand at making a pot holder. The main reason I made it was because I wanted to see how the colors all looked together. I'm hoping to one day make a quilt for my bed with these colors. My kitchen is blue and my pot holder is green so I myself won't be using it. I made two of them and will have to see if any of my friends could use them.

It looks great! :thumbup: You had a great idea testing the colors this way first and you can always gift the ones you don't want to keep.

Green is my favorite color and I like your potholder very much. I certainly would use them even if I have an apple motif in my kitchen.
