Nice you have your own room after all this time.

Beautiful sewing room, I seem some of the same fabric that I have!
Looks like a great place to work

enjoy...........

Dear Joyce Get some 1 1/2" PCV pipe , cut four 12" pieces and put your cutting table legs in them , this will raise your table and save your back. Your room looks great ! JoAnn

Love it.

Congrats on your new sewing space! Lovely.

Wow what a nice and clean room! I agree there is plenty of room to grow. Enjoy!
Love the "holding area". I need to start using that term, it sounds better! Enjoy all that space.
It looks like you have everything organized :-)

Hi - Just a suggestion for your cutting table. I purchased some bed-risers for $9.99 (at wal-mart) I put the under my cutting table and it raised the table up so my back doesn't hurt from leaning over the table.
Very nice room. Are you a short person. I would be bent to my kees working on those table.
Much neater than mine. Nice area.
I'm very happy for you! I love your space!
All these neat sewing rooms, How do you do it?Does it stay that way or is it only for pictures?
Great room, have fun in there too.
Very neat, organized... a small suggestion, looks like your cutting table is a bit low, you can raise the table by adding cut off PVC pipe to the legs. Really will save your back.
Nice job. I love the idea of a holding area......
thanks for sharing the pics! I just got into my sewing/spare room and was wondering how to store the fabric and notions. I just wish I had more room for cutting...still have to figure logistics.
Great room, you need to hang one of your quilts on the wall, than the room is yours!

Good for you!! Nice to have your own room to create.
So happy for you. I have a sewing/bedroom too. Only there's no bed. When guests come, we have a nice inflatable mattress that we put in the middle of the floor. Works great, it's comfortable for a couple of nights, but doesn't encourge long visits :>)
Nice space. My "holding area" is more like stacked area.
I love the term "holding area" mine is the futon in my sewing room :)
Nice area, you're doing a great job on getting it in order.
Don't you just love those fabric boards? I have a ton of them. I get the plastic cardboard from a sign shop and my husband cuts them to the size I want. As for the sewing area...LOVE IT! I wish mine was as clean and neat as yours is. Enjoy! I would love to get mine all cleaned and new again.
love your sewing room, thanks for sharing
Good for you. I love your space. :):):)
Nice room! I like to do cutting standing up, so went to Ross and for about $6 bought a set of bed risers and put them under the legs of the folding table I use for cutting. That brought it up to the correct height. Just an idea...
