My sister with her new quilt

I shared this as a quilt top. It is now quilted and I gave it to her for her 68th birthday on Sunday. She was very happy with the quilt and the story it tells.... Center square is "sisters"; surrounded by love (hearts); bound by tradition (Irish chain); walking in her garden (both ends) and shooting stars in each corner to represent our mum.
