My son made me one too. He can also make the clamps. just cut out the pvc and sand it so it does not catch on the fabric. what my son did and they work well.

P.S. Also at the joints my son numbered them so that when I take it apart to store when not in use.,I can put it back together correctly. He is my only son so I can tell him frequently that he is my favorite son. lol

My son said he will use a little bigger pipe and cut it length wise to make a "C" then that will clamp right over the quilt and the pipe underneath. The clamp will be a little shorter to both ends. And it will have to be sanded nice and smooth so it wont damage my quilts

What a nice frame. And so sweet of your son to do for you.

He did fix something for me too. lol
I wanted to make the raised dog beds but was having a hard time figuring out what to do about the legs. The adaptor they had only gave me a 1 inch leg . The way he did the top will make it possible for me to do a 2 inch leg. :-)
