WoW!!!
What a beautiful quilt. The colors look a little on my screen but I'm sure seeing the true colors looks great..
Was this a panel? What size it? Where did you get this pattern?
Sorry about all these questions but I LOVE your quilt. What a lucky(blessed) daughter. But then I'm sure she knows that.

The pattern is called Window on the east ( basically it is a variation of the attic window pattern). I purchased it from Shibori Dragon in WA state. This was a Kona Bay panel about 18X23. It does not size quite right to the pattern instructions so I adjusted the size of the windows.

So open and bright there, with the delicate foliage and amazing architecture. I was lucky enough to visit some years back (but your son was not there with a big sparkler that day!)
