Love those bright colors, and I really like the dark blue (or is it purple?) for the borders,rather than black, I think it's more interesting and really sets off the twisters.

Have never heard of a twister. It is beautiful. Why did someone ask you what the old quilt looked like? Where do you find the pattern?

Because you sew together blocks and then you use a tool and cut it up and sew it together again. lol
