I missed your earlier topics on your quilt, but cannot see how this beautiful quilt could have ever been an ugly duckling. I love all your colors and pattern- so bright and rich and warm! I am sure your BIL and his new wife will treasure it!
It must have even more special significance to you, since he is your dear husband's twin. Congratulations on their wedding! It gives me a kick to hear about people in their golden years who do not let age deter them from enjoying life. Makes me get up off of my doldrums and get something accomplished! My 90 year old neighbor and friend has me laughing the other day when she was talking about what she would do if she won the lottery.
